Step by step use Virtual credit card (VCC) to create US Apple ID

The first, please make sure that your country is United States, if you are not in United States, you must choose your country is United States as follows figure:

Open your Itunes, scroll down the scroll-bar to the end then click to Change country as follows figure:

After choose your country or region to United States as follows figure:

Step 1: Open Itunes and click to Create Account as figure:

Or you may also click to Sign In -> Create Apple ID too as figure:

Step 2: Click to Continue and the interface of "Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy" will appear, you need scroll down to reads all, then click to "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions" -> Click to Agree as follows figure:

Step 3: You need provide your email, create passwords, choose security info for your protection, these questions will help Apple verify your identity in the future, maybe when you loss your passwords:

Step 4: This step choose your payment method is Visa and you can use your Virtual Credit Card to fill in payment type:

Step 5: Make sure that your virtual credit card is valid and type your address then click to Create Apple ID, in the end check your email to verify Apple ID.
